Corporate Functions

  • Experience in a finance, pricing, or management consultancy role in government.

  • Deep expertise of the government market worldwide: customer profiles, buying trends, challenges, market messages, and competitive issues.

  • Ability to make recommendations to the Sales team based on this knowledge to drive sales growth and productivity.

  • Strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, management of ongoing government procurement programs, and ability to influence government procurement leaders.

  • Deep subject matter expertise in government procurement and acquisition, including procurement policies, processes, and contracting organizations.

  • Expertise in analyzing current contract landscapes, navigating ambiguity, and identifying and resolving gaps in coverage from a procurement perspective.

  • Experience collaborating with a variety of cross-functional and global partners including Sales, Government Affairs, Legal, and Product Marketing to lead the resolution for emerging procurement issues.

  • Experience delivering measurable results, and presenting those results to executive leadership.

  • Ability to proactively establish rapport, credibility, and influence throughout an organization at all levels, across many functions, in a highly-matrixed organization.

  • Resourceful, driven, and detail-oriented with exceptional communication and organizational skills; strong public-speaking and the ability to facilitate meetings and influence stakeholders.

Description

As a WW Government Procurement Business Development Analyst, you will: - Partner internally and externally on proposal development and submissions for new master contracts/agreements and existing contracts. - Identify and assess potential gaps in coverage from a contracts perspective and partner with relevant federal, state, and local procurement agencies and partners to mitigate. - Ensure maximization of the availability of Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Apple TV, and Apple services on existing contracts to broaden Apple’s reach across government. - Collaborate with Apple Legal to manage terms and conditions of government contracts. - Identify new contract opportunities for Apple to access business across government markets globally. - Support proposal development and submission for large deals. - Develop reporting on existing contract vehicles to show revenue generated.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
