Water Restoration Service Technician
Roto-Rooter is hiring water restoration technicians. We offer top-pay! First year water restoration technicians can expect to earn between $40,000 and $60,000. Pay increases quickly year after year as you gain experience. Roto-Rooter is still hiring during the COVID-19 outbreak. We’re conducting interviews using a variety of safe methods that eliminate the need to meet in person. As a Water Restoration Technician, your responsibilities will include
Arrive at customer site as scheduled
Inspect site and present solutions to the customer
As part of a crew, you'll remove water using pumps and specialized equipment
Help crew remove damaged furniture, flooring and wall board
Use specialized equipment to dry affected areas
Follow all established procedures and safety guidelines
Complete the project in established time frame
Ensure the project is complete to the customer's satisfaction
Top consideration will be made to candidates who have service technician experience, preferably in the restoration industry; strong customer service skills, and individuals who are able to communicate effectively with customers. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
