The Field Operations and Deal Management Launch team are responsible for implementation change across the Regional Operation Centers (ROCs). With our team based across Dublin, Singapore, Fort Lauderdale and Reno, our responsibilities include:

  • Engagement with Corp Ops Org, assessing Corp Launch portfolio to establish ROC Implementation support required.

  • Own & manage the launch portfolio for the Regional Operation Center (ROCs), leading the implementation of new launches (product, device, program, service, business model, etc.) on behalf of the ROCs.

  • Ultimately team are responsible for ensuring launches land successful across the ROCs for our Ops teams, Partners, Field and Customers.

  • This year we will manage the delivery of approx. 80 different launches.

Position Description:

The FODM Launch team manage a comprehensive portfolio of launches, ensuring successful in-market deployment of new products, programs, devices, services, business models etc. The Implementation Manager owns the end to end ROC launch process, working across multi stakeholders from Operations, Finance, Trade, Compliance, Fulfilment, Logistics, Legal, Partner Readiness, Support, Policy etc. Implementation Managers provide regional input to launch design, identify ROC impact, establish issues/risks, driving mitigation and resolution, ensure ROC is ready to transact (resourcing, process changes, internal readiness etc), manage launch go-live and warranty process.

This is a critical role influencing design and responsible for execution of key launches, enabling our Customers and Partners to transact while ensuring we deliver the experience they expect.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all launches land successfully in region, on time, delivering experience customers/partners expect.

  • Provide input to launch design, engage with Corp launch team to ensure regional requirements are incorporated into design.

  • Manage the E2E regional deployment, establish regional structure, build plan, identify risks, influence to ensure these are mitigated, or escalate to resolve.

  • Represent our Customers, our Partners and the Field throughout the launch process. Conduct experience mapping sessions ensuring the experience we deliver is in line with customer and partner expectations.

  • Ensure all regional stakeholders understand the impact a launch will have for their orgs, be it transaction volumes, query support, resource impacts etc, and establish plan to manage.

  • Build strong engagement with corporate launch teams and regional launch managers located in other ROC’s. Ensuring consistency in launch execution and adherence to launch framework.

  • Provide regional approval for transition through launch tollgates and recommend launch “Go/No Go” decision.

  • Conduct a launch post-mortem ensuring learnings are incorporated into future launches.

  • Contribute to development of launch processes and frameworks, ensuring we continually develop how we manage launches given dynamic launch environment.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

  • Ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in complex stakeholder engagement, negotiation and conflict management; project management including aspects of risk management, governance and decision making. Analytical and business judgement in complex scenarios.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required.

  • 5+ years of demonstrated Program or Project and Process Management experience preferably in an Operations environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to implement change.

  • Flexibility to maintain focus through change and ambiguity, navigate uncertain situations, and drive for clarity.

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build solid relationships with individuals at all levels.

  • Masters or MBA

  • Demonstrated excellence in thought leadership, innovation and execution management; ability to influence without authority.

  • Ability to identify and implement industry best practices to improve existing processes; demonstrable achievement within a results-driven, highly ambiguous and dynamic environment.

  • Broad working knowledge of Microsoft including business groups, segment and support functions including multiple channels and business groups.
