We have an excellent opportunity available for a SECOND SHIFT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE in our Call Center.
Responsibilities include:
First point of contact with our customers.
Obtain key information from the customer while showing empathy, a sense of urgency, and confidence that we will solve their plumbing troubles.
Enter information obtained on the initial customer contact into our AS400.
Schedule service call based on customer’s convenience.
Discuss additional services and products we have available.
Requirements include:
Self-starter who is organized and thorough with attention to detail and thrives in a bustling environment
Excellent customer service skills
Solid computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
AS400 knowledge preferred
Call center experience a plus
