Excellent project management skills, including prioritization, customer concern, process improvements, and cross-functional communication.
A passion for leading numerous projects and tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency with both Mac and iOS devices and operating systems.
Familiarity with collaboration and social media tools such as Basecamp, Jive, Reddit, Slack, Twitter, and YouTube.
Experience with FileMaker Pro and Tableau is preferred.
Experience managing an online community or content repository is a plus.
Experience in curating user generated content, interacting and collaborating with members in an online environment and an understanding of strategies for sustaining engagement of members.
Strong command of visual and communication design principles.
Demonstrated mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud suite, Sketch, and iWork.
Proficiency with HTML and CSS as well as developing content using web-based content management systems.
Experience with Sass, runtime workflows such as Gulp, collaborating with teammates using version-control systems such as Git, and familiarity with Java applications is desirable.
Familiarity with UI frameworks and libraries (Angular, Bootstrap, React, etc) is desirable.
Experience working from and developing corporate design systems and branding guidelines is preferred.
Experience with media production and related Apple technologies (Final Cut Pro, Compressor) is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills and the ability to come up with innovative solutions to testing problems.
Deeply meticulous with experience documenting processes, workflows, and identifying issues.
Ability to cut through ambiguity and be able to find a path or solution rather than waiting or deferring responsibility.
Strong judgment and understanding of key legal concepts around privacy, copyright, and compliance.
Description
-Design and maintain content for the Apple Learning Community platform. -Define community content areas and manage the content pipeline with program managers, creative agencies, and field teams worldwide. -Engage daily within the online community to understand member interests, activities and evolving content with an eye for curating and sharing popular content to sustain high levels of engagement with members. -Develop training resources and documentation to support worldwide teams in the authoring and posting of content, management of private areas, and moderation of content. -Manage requests for and development of private community areas to support key programs and audiences. -Author, curate, and maintain documentation of workflows, processes, systems, and policies. -Manage the reporting of key data including content views and downloads, membership metrics, logins, etc. -Excel at managing concurrent localization projects — all with varying scope, schedule, demands, and complexities — as the learning platform expands to new countries and languages. -Collaborate with development and technical support teams to ensure updates, new features, enhancements, and bug fixes are prioritized and completed on schedule.
Education & Experience
B.A/B.S in Marketing, Art, Design or equivalent
